Residence halls plan family-friendly Halloween event


LAWRENCE — Daisy Hill Commons, and Self and Oswald residence halls at the University of Kansas will be the sites of Halloween in the Halls from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 22. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Activities, crafts and games will take place in Daisy Hill Commons and Self and Oswald Halls. 

The Association of University Residence Halls, with participation from the All Scholarship Hall Council, National Residence Hall Honorary and the Apartment Living Association, sponsors Halloween in the Halls.

KU Student Housing is home to about 5,000 students across the KU campus. It offers three kinds of academically focused communities: residence halls, scholarship halls and apartment living. KU Student Housing offers leadership opportunities and community involvement for all residents, as well as a trained and supportive staff.
