KPR’s 10-day membership drive, known as Fall Fanfare, ran Sept. 19 through Sept. 28 with the help of more than 50 volunteers. In addition to $271,571 in listener pledges, KPR met $56,417 in challenge grants, which are provided by an individual, company or foundation whose donation amount is dependent on the amount of money raised by listeners within a predetermined time slot.
