University community mourns death of senior Nicholas Herren
LAWRENCE — The University of Kansas community is mourning the death of Nicholas Herren, a senior in the School of Business. He died Nov. 27.
“I am deeply saddened to learn of the death of Nicholas Herren,” said Chancellor Bernadette Gray-Little. “On behalf of the entire university community, I extend our deepest condolences to his family and friends, and I wish them comfort during this difficult time.”
Herren, from Alma, planned to graduate in spring 2017. He was a member of KU's Navy ROTC.
