KU mourns student Brian Boyd

LAWRENCE – University of Kansas Chancellor Bernadette Gray-Little issued the following statement regarding the death of student Brian Boyd:

“On behalf of the University of Kansas community, I offer sincere condolences to the family and friends of Brian Boyd. Our thoughts are with them in this time of grief.”

Boyd, 21, died Friday, May 17, in a car accident south of Lawrence on U.S. Highway 59.

Boyd was a junior majoring in music. His parents are Chris and Nina Boyd, Leawood.
